PPO patients: we call your plan, confirm your deductible, annual maximum, and remaining benefits. Membership and cash patients: we confirm what your visit includes and what any treatment will cost.

We get written confirmation before scheduling treatment.
For major work like crowns, root canals, and implants: PPO patients receive insurance pre-authorization in writing. Membership and cash patients receive a written estimate. Nothing is scheduled without it.

We bundle everything into one written estimate.
The procedure fee, the insurance application, and any financing options get written into one document. You see what is covered, what is not, and exactly what your portion is.
