Insurance we accept
We are in-network with most major PPO plans: Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Humana, GEHA, and others. We verify PPO benefits before visits whenever possible.
We do not accept HMO plans, Medi-Cal, or Medicaid. Patients without insurance can use our membership plan or third-party financing through CareCredit and Cherry Financing.
